Vitamin D
Researchers have long wondered about the connection between Lupus and Vitamin D. Recently a research team at a University in Spain found that boosting Vitamin D levels in patients with SLE may help ease fatigue associated with the condition, however it did not appear to have any affect on the severity of the disease itself. If you battle fatigue, this may be something you want to speak to your doctor about trying.
