This is not mi story but my sister. You see she had lupus and we do not even know it because she start getting sick and was miss diagnose for arthritis. The Doctor’s in my country Bogota Colombia try everything and they can’t figure out that she had lupus until she started showing the butterfly around her nose.

They give her Motrin for pain because her body was in pain she was losing lots of weight and the pain got unbearable until she who was very strong decide to go to the hospital and she stayed there until her last breathe.

 

 Her name was Ursula Jaramillo she was 20 years old, the happiest person I have ever know. The sad part is I did not get to say goodbye. I just know that lupus took my sister in 14 days from the time she went to the hospital until she passes away at the end all her organs were destroyed.

 

I wish there was more education about this disease I do not know what lupus was until my sister was diagnosed.
